Queensland Tennis Centre

Tennyson | 100m2 Boardroom and Suite Refurbishment

The Queensland Tennis Centre (QTC) recently underwent renovations for one of its super suites and a boardroom. The upgrades included the installation of new feature timber panelling, custom joinery, operable wall, and Autex panelling with custom artwork in the boardroom.

Echo Projects Co successfully executed and delivered the project, highlighting their commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes in partnership with Stadiums Queensland.

To enhance the functionality of the suite, an operable wall has been installed as part of the upgrades. This addition allows for the space to be opened up, extending the adjoining area, especially beneficial for events like the Brisbane International hosted by QTC. Careful attention has been paid to the aesthetics of these upgrades. Notably, the operable wall features a tennis ball detail on the interior, adding both functional and aesthetic relevance to the space.

In addition to the operable wall, the suite boasts custom timber cabinetry and wall paneling, adding a touch of elegance and warmth to the space. These bespoke features not only elevate the aesthetic appeal of the suite but also contribute to its functionality and versatility.

The kitchenette, a new addition, significantly enhances the practicality of the suite compared to its previous configuration. Equipped with modern appliances and ample storage, it provides the convenience of preparing refreshments and snacks for patrons without having to leave the comfort of the suite.
