Nestled within the vibrant bayside community of Redland Bay, Echo Projects Co brought to life the vision for MerakGF - an artisan cafe specialising in gluten-free delights. Our project encompassed the creation of a full commercial kitchen, bespoke front-of-house joinery, and the crafting of inviting indoor and outdoor seating areas.
